Ingredients

- 1 1/2 ounces rum
- 3/4 ounce creme de cacao,
- 3 ounces eggnog
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender. blend until smooth.
- 2 pour into a parfait glass and top with whipped cream, if desired.
- 3 this can also be garnished with a few drops of green creme de menthe and a rolled cookie.
