Healthy No Bake Protein Cookies

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  • cinnamon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat peanut butter and honey in microwave until runny, then add all else. mix well, form into balls and cool.
  • 2 i used a combination of dried cherries and dried apricots. you could use anything that you like.
