Quicky Lemon Crisp Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
• 3 eggs

Recipe

• 1 cream shortening, then add flour baking soda and salt.
• 2 mix well and add sugar and the pudding mixes and blend well.
• 3 add eggs and mix.
• 4 drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
