Feelin' Fit! Florida Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 4 cups grapefruit juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 macaroons

Recipe

  • 1 add grapefruit juice to a medium saucepan. put on a burner over high heat and keep a close watch.
  • 2 when the juice boils, stir in oats and cook for one minute.
  • 3 remove from heat; stir in condensed milk until well-blended.
  • 4 cover and let stand two to three minutes to thicken.
  • 5 serve in individual bowls, crumbling a macaroon cookie into small pieces over each bowl.
