Peanut Oat Breakfast Cookies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 package artificial artificial sweetener (i use stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together (i like to leave chunks of bananas), shape into 4 cookies and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
