Reuben Roll

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust
• 3 ounces sliced pastrami
• 2 tablespoons russian salad dressing
• 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
• 3 ounces shredded swiss cheese

Recipe

• 1 unroll dough and cover with the pastrami, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
• 2 spread dressing over the meat.
• 3 top with sauerkraut& cheese.
• 4 beginning with the long edge, roll up jelly-roll fashion.
• 5 pinch the seam to seal and tuck under edges.
• 6 place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
• 7 bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden.
• 8 cut into quarters.
