Reuben Roll

Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust
- 3 ounces sliced pastrami
- 2 tablespoons russian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
- 3 ounces shredded swiss cheese
Recipe
- 1 unroll dough and cover with the pastrami, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
- 2 spread dressing over the meat.
- 3 top with sauerkraut& cheese.
- 4 beginning with the long edge, roll up jelly-roll fashion.
- 5 pinch the seam to seal and tuck under edges.
- 6 place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
- 7 bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden.
- 8 cut into quarters.
