Easy Cheese Buttons

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Recipe

• 1 mix first 5 ingredients together and drop rounded dough on greased cookie sheet. bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
• 2 while cheese buttons are baking, saute butter and onions. after cheese buttons are done baking, place them in a casserole dish and add sauted onions and butter. pour cream over cheese buttons and bake again at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
