Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients
- 3 cups dry oatmeal
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 5 ingredients in a slow cooker.
- 2 melt together the final 3 ingredients, and pour over oatmeal in cooker, and mix well.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours stirring every 20 minutes.
- 4 sprad onto cookie sheet, and when completely cooled break into chunks, and store in an airtight container, or serve when cooled.
