Peanut Butter Granola

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 5 ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • 2 melt together the final 3 ingredients, and pour over oatmeal in cooker, and mix well.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours stirring every 20 minutes.
  • 4 sprad onto cookie sheet, and when completely cooled break into chunks, and store in an airtight container, or serve when cooled.
