Low Fat Bisquickie Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons egg whites
- 2 tablespoons light butter, softened
- 1/4 cup splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 mix baking mix, milk and egg until a soft dough forms.
- 3 turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
- 4 pat or roll dough into an 8 x 10 rectangle.
- 5 combine cinnamon and sugar.
- 6 spread dough with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- 7 roll up tightly, beginning at 10 inch side.
- 8 pinch edge of dough into roll to seal.
- 9 place sealed side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 10 cut at 1 inch intervals almost through to bottom, using scissors or sharp knife.
- 11 bake about 20 minutes or until light brown.
- 12 mix powdered sugar, water and vanilla until drizzling consistency; drizzle over warm roll.
