Pepperoni Roll

Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 lb pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1 -2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
Recipe
- 1 roll out dough to 8 x 15 inch rectangle.
- 2 spread thin layer of pizza sauce (may not use all) over dough to within 1 inch of edges.
- 3 top sauce with cheese and pepperoni.
- 4 starting from long edge, roll up dough.
- 5 pinch all seams and ends to seal.
- 6 place on greased cookie sheet.
- 7 cover with waxed paper.
- 8 let rise 15 minutes.
- 9 bake@400 degrees farenheit for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
