Power Cookies

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons softened butter
  • 6 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 natural bran
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 2 tablespoons ground roasted chicory
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 mix and bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
