• 32 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough
• 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons softened butter
• 4 -5 tablespoons lemon juice
• 4 drops yellow food coloring

Recipe

• 1 prepare and bake sugar cookies as directed on package.
• 2 sprinkle with coarse sugar.
• 3 cool.
• 4 mix ingredients for filling and beat until smooth.
• 5 spread filling between 2 cookies and chill.
