Easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 mix flour, baking soda, baking powder in small bowl and set aside.
• 3 in another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
• 4 beat in egg and vanilla.
• 5 gradually blend in dry ingredients.
• 6 roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
• 7 bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
• 8 cool.
