Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup karo light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Recipe
- 1 heat sugar, water and karo to 290 degrees.
- 2 remove from heat, add flavoring and food coloring.
- 3 drizzle in thin rows onto cookie sheets lined with foil and covered with sifted confectioners' sugar.
- 4 cool.
- 5 crack to size and store in covered container.
