Rice Balls

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 cook the rice.
- 2 mix it with 1 egg, all of the cheese, and peas.
- 3 refrigerate for an hour so they get firm.
- 4 preheat oven to 350.
- 5 take out the balls and roll them around in bread crumbs.
- 6 put them on a sprayed cookie sheet and put them in the oven until they have browned on the outside.
