Mimi's Matzoh Balls

Ingredients

- 2 cups matzo meal
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- chopped parsley
- 6 ounces ice cold water or 6 ounces seltzer water
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs and add margarine. beat.
- 2 add water and beat.
- 3 add parsley then matzoh meal. mix very well.
- 4 refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
- 5 make balls of 1 tablespoon - add to boiling water.
- 6 boil, partially covered, 45 minutes.
- 7 remove and place on a ?-covered cookie pan.
- 8 cover with plastic and freeze.
- 9 next day, put in plastic bags and freeze.
