Mimi's Matzoh Balls

Total Time: 49 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 48 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 cups matzo meal
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • chopped parsley
  • 6 ounces ice cold water or 6 ounces seltzer water

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs and add margarine. beat.
  • 2 add water and beat.
  • 3 add parsley then matzoh meal. mix very well.
  • 4 refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  • 5 make balls of 1 tablespoon - add to boiling water.
