Jam Buns

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, chilled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cold skim milk
  • 1/4 cup 100% real fruit no-sugar-added jam

Recipe

  • 1 cut bread into small circles with biscuit cutter.
  • 2 in a large bowl, whisk together flour, honey, baking powder, and salt.
