Rich Exotic Fruit Dip

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
• 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
• 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, not drained

Recipe

• 1 place all ingredients in a blender in order of ingredients.
• 2 blend on high speed till smooth.
• 3 chill for an hour to serve cold.
• 4 serve with fresh fruit,cookies,pound or angel food cake.
• 5 if need be thin with a little juice.
