Easy Fresh Fruit Tart

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • strawberry
  • grapes
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • apricot halves
  • peach slices
  • banana, halves
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 grease cookie sheet, dust with baking mix.
  • 3 mix baking mix and 1/3 cup sugar. cut in butter until crumbly. mix in egg until dough forms. pat dough into cookie sheet, pinch edges, forming 1/2 inch rim.
  • 4 bake 10 minutes or until edges just begin to brown. cool crust on cookie sheet on wire rack 2 minutes. remove crust with spatula onto wire rack, cool completely.
  • 5 beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and the vanilla in small bowl on low speed until smooth. beat in whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
  • 6 spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of rim. arrange fruits decoratively on top, brush with jelly. refridgerate at least 2 hour.
