- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup smart balance butter spread
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 3/4 cups quaker oats
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar and cocoa in saucepan, add milk and butter.
- 2 bring to a boil for one minute. remove from heat.
- 3 stir in peanut butter and oats. spoon onto cookie sheet and refridgerate and until hard.
