Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 pint raspberry sherbet
- 4 ounces grand marnier or 4 ounces blue curacao
- 4 lemon cookies (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place a half cup of sherbert in a dessert cup.
- 2 pour and ounce of liquor over the sherbert.
- 3 stick a cookie off to the side of the sherbert, if using.
