Pecan Praline Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whole pecans

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350*f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
