Pistachio Cranberry Bark

Ingredients

• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 5 ounces candy coating, chopped
• 1 cup pistachios, shelled, chopped & divided
• 3/4 cup dried cranberries, divided

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
• 2 repeat with the candy coating.
• 3 stir 3/4 cup pistachios and half of the cranberries into the semisweet chocolate.
• 4 spread thinly onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
• 5 drizzle with the melted candy.
• 6 run a knife gently through the candy to swirl it.
• 7 sprinkle with remaining pistachios and cranberries.
• 8 chill until firm and break into pieces.
