- 24 small vanilla cookies
- 24 paper cups
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can pie filling
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
- 2 line muffin trays with paper cups.
- 3 place a cookie in the bottom of each cup.
- 4 combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
- 5 fills each cup about 3/4 full.
- 6 bake about twenty minutes.
- 7 cool and top with pie filling.
