Mrs. Dash Baked Potato Wedges

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons regular flavour mrs. dash seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 475.
  • 2 scrub potatoes.
  • 3 cut into in half lengthwise and then into 3 wedges each.
  • 4 dry each wedge with paper towel and place in bowl.
  • 5 add remaining ingredients and toss well.
  • 6 lay them out on a cookie sheet, skin side down.
  • 7 sprayed with non stick coating spray.
  • 8 bake 40 minutes or until done.
