Mrs. Dash Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons regular flavour mrs. dash seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 475.
- 2 scrub potatoes.
- 3 cut into in half lengthwise and then into 3 wedges each.
- 4 dry each wedge with paper towel and place in bowl.
- 5 add remaining ingredients and toss well.
- 6 lay them out on a cookie sheet, skin side down.
- 7 sprayed with non stick coating spray.
- 8 bake 40 minutes or until done.
