Multigrain Cranberry Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (or blueberries or cherries)
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine dry ingredients. stir in banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until just blended. gently fold in cranberries.
- 2 drop batter by 2 tablespoons onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. flatten each to ½ inch thick.
- 3 bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until set in center.
