Multigrain Cranberry Breakfast Cookies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries (or blueberries or cherries)

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine dry ingredients. stir in banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until just blended. gently fold in cranberries.
  • 2 drop batter by 2 tablespoons onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. flatten each to ½ inch thick.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until set in center.
