Plaisir De Beurre

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• pam cooking spray

Recipe

• 1 mix the egg and sugar in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
• 2 begin melting the butter, preferably in a small pan for about a minute and a half.
• 3 add flour and baking powder to the bowl from step 1 and mix them together.
• 4 add melted butter to the bowl and mix.
• 5 spray cookie pan with pam.
• 6 pour cookie dough onto pan.
• 7 bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 340 degrees fahrenheit.
• 8 after 20 minutes, take the cookies out and allow them to cool.
