Low Fat Oreo Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 20 oreo cookies
  • 1 oreo cookie pie crust
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 16 ounces cool whip free
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 remove the tops of 10 oreos.
  • 2 place cream-side down on top of oreo crust (as many as you can fit).
  • 3 grind the rest of the oreos in a food processor until powdery.
  • 4 combine cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  • 5 add 1 cup of the powdered oreo mixture and mix until well dispersed.
  • 6 fold in cool whip.
  • 7 pour into pie crust.
  • 8 top with remaining powdered oreos.
  • 9 refridgerate for several hours before serving.
