Smash Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup softened margarine
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Recipe

• 1 mix the first three ingredients together.
• 2 press into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
• 3 press pecans into batter.
• 4 beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar till smooth and pour over batter.
• 5 place pan on a cookie sheet and place in a 350° oven for 35-45 minutes (till lightly golden).
• 6 do not cut till cool.
