Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 1/3 cups raspberries
Recipe
- 1 cut the butter into sifted flour.
- 2 stir in sugar, egg yolk and water.
- 3 divide in 1/2 and roll in 8 inches wide.
- 4 put on cookie sheet and crimp edges.
- 5 make at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and let cool.
- 6 mix cream and raspberrie together.
- 7 spread in middle of shortcakes.
