Raspberry Shortcake

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/3 cups raspberries

Recipe

  • 1 cut the butter into sifted flour.
  • 2 stir in sugar, egg yolk and water.
  • 3 divide in 1/2 and roll in 8 inches wide.
  • 4 put on cookie sheet and crimp edges.
  • 5 make at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and let cool.
  • 6 mix cream and raspberrie together.
  • 7 spread in middle of shortcakes.
